Paul and his team at Allure Homes provided an exceptional experience for our family in the building of our home. From initial lot selection through closing, each step was carefully laid out and managed professionally. We have built and remodeled two previous homes and one thing particularly unique to our Allure Homes experience is that we truly felt as though we were partners through the process, not clients. This is evidenced through consistently strong communication, attention to our needs, and a genuine desire to ensure that we ended up with the house we dreamed about. Kristin & Brian Our first experience with Allure Homes and our builder Paul Baggett began in 2009. It was evident from the moment construction began that Paul was fully invested in making our building exactly what we wanted. The commercial building would house our business and a rental space. Paul’s understanding, guidance and planning were essential throughout the construction. The commercial building process can be daunting, but from breaking ground to the paving of our parking lot it all seemed to flow seemlessly. All of our questions and concerns were given immediate attention which made us feel our project was his number one priority. The following year we decided to do a renovation of the interior and exterior of our existing home. This would also include a large addition to our home. We knew we wanted Allure Homes and more importantly Paul to be our builder again due to his commitment & dedication in the previous project. Paul actively listened to our design ideas and worked diligently to make sure our home reflected our unique vision. His meticulous attention to detail in our tedious renovation was impeccable. We were impressed with his ability to clearly communicate with us and his personal availability to us during the projects. Paul has developed outstanding relationships with his subcontractors. His ability to orchestrate the work of multiple trades simultaneously distinguishes him as a true professional builder. He employs talented craftsmen who take pride in the quality of their work. Allure Homes truly exceeded our expectations. Paul’s suggestions and assistance in decision making proved invaluable. In a renovation you are often faced with the unexpected, but Paul always eased our concerns with his sincerity and sensitivity to our wishes. His regard to our personal and financial investment made us grateful. We cannot express our appreciation for the highest level of integrity, quality and standards, which he exhibited during our construction. The quality home that Paul builds is evident, and I consistently have visitors comment on the “little details” in my home. The various tile, granite, flooring, landscaping, and cabinet specialists were a pleasure to work with, and if there were any concerns about the work Paul would quickly step in and ensure we would be completely satisfied with the finished project. Many builders would not show the committment to customer satisfaction that Paul has shown us both during and after the closing of our home. I feel more comfortable knowing that even after we have moved in, I can continue to rely on him for any issues that may arise. Drew & Jenna Huggins After living in our North Hills 1960’s rancher for a few years and adding two more children to our family we knew we needed more space. Paul helped us realize that renovating would most likely come in 20% to 30% less than tearing down the house and rebuilding new on our lot. After two years of talking to architects, builders, and looking around at new homes that would take us away from the neighbors we could not live without we decided to renovate knowing it would be reasonable to accomplish our goals and stay within our budget. We added a garage & screened-in porch, remodeled the kitchen & baths, & did mechanical updates such as a new roof, wiring, windows, HVAC, plumbing etc. We chose Allure Homes mainly due to the trust and honest feedback about what we wanted verse what would be a reality, but also because Paul’s eye and attention to detail was in line with ours. With busy careers and family schedules we needed someone to “make it right” every step of the way even if we could not personally be there and that was Paul. We had very defined parameters for our TIME we could sacrifice out of our home to get the work done and the MONEY we could spend. Looking back on our renovation with the house we now love we have to say that Paul delivered on getting us back in our house ahead of schedule and right on budget. Now, not only do we enjoy the benefit of everyone having their own space and have no worries about the next home improvement project but we also keep realizing unexpected benefits like spending half as much on energy bills with twice as much house. We recommend Allure Homes to anyone considering building custom, purchasing a custom feel home or renovating their existing home.
